Recent senior leadership experience (usually within the last 10 years)
Non-executive experience (within the last 5 years)
Experience gained at medium or large scale organisations (broadly defined as commercial organisations with turnover above £10m; charities over £1m; or public sector or listed bodies).
These are guidelines, not strict rules. We consider every application individually, recognising that portfolio careers, trustee experience or a combination of executive and non-executive roles may demonstrate board readiness.
