This programme is not just about learning from experts -
it is about joining a community of like-minded professionals on the same journey and at the same stage. Through interactive sessions, peer check-ins, and a dedicated online space, you’ll work together to refine your skills, share insights, and support each other’s progress.
By leveraging the collective expertise and experiences of your cohort, you will not only strengthen your own candidacy but also gain invaluable perspectives and connections that will continue to enrich your journey to the boardroom long after the programme ends.

Board Pathways are included as part of the Full membership of Nurole's Enter the Boardroom Community - this costs £720 inc VAT as an initial annual subscription (equivalent to £60 a month).
Your Enter the Boardroom Community membership offers a wide range of additional services, as well as the Board Pathway. This includes regular insights to refine your board-relevant knowledge (on topics such as AI and geopolitics), networking events (themed on board topics for productive interaction), access to a Vacancy Board with over 100 board roles from across the market, one-on-one support before every interview secured and interactive NED discussion forums (to ask questions or just to view and stay current).
The programme is for those seeking structured support to achieve board success, or who feel they would benefit from additional accountability. Through a combination of peer-led and expert-led sessions, the programme addresses the key elements necessary to achieve board success, whether you are starting out or looking to develop your portfolio.
The programme includes:
Monthly focus topics: Each month, we delve into essential areas such as CV preparation, applications, interviews, and more.
Peer group catch-ups: Between sessions, participants meet with their peer group to review progress, share experiences, and maintain motivation.
The Board Pathway is suitable for those with a realistic chance of securing a board position. It is suitable for those looking to secure their very first board role and for those aiming to elevate existing board experience to more competitive (or remunerated) non-executive roles.
