Fiona Hathorn and Rachel Tranter lead this group with significant expertise in what works for diverse candidates to succeed in the NED space. They co-founded and ran the Women on Boards UK community for over a decade. During this period, female directors in the FTSE350 rose from 9% to over 40%.
