If you are not an employee of one of our Partner, you can our wider Enter the Boardroom community, designed for those building or navigating a portfolio career with multiple NED roles.

In 2025, Nurole joined forces with WB Directors and Women on Boards UK given our shared focus and purpose. Nurole's Enter the Boardroom Community maintains a supportive space for Women on Boards community, which all female members are invited to participate in.

What is the difference between Nurole and the Enter the Boardroom community?

Nurole is a purpose-led business aiming to build better boards. We are well-known as the market-leading non-executive recruiter, placing over 1k candidates a year. The Enter the Boardroom Community supports our members to access roles across the whole recruitment market - through sharing 1000s of opportunities on our Vacancy Board and providing support with non-executive applications, including those supported by Nurole's Search team, and those by other provider.

Do I have to be a member of Nurole to join the Enter the Boardroom Community?

Anyone can join the Enter the Boardroom Community directly here. If you’re not already a member of Nurole, you can apply for free here. Once accepted, you will gain access to the board roles we work on.

Do you support diverse candidates and board diversity?

Yes. Diversity in the boardroom is key to building better boards: it enables diversity of thought that can enhance decision-making. Enter the Boardroom is the new home for the Women on Boards UK network, which has spearheaded board diversity (beyond gender) across UK boards of all types. We have deep expertise in what works for diverse candidates when putting themselves forward and take pride in ensuring an inclusive atmosphere in our community.
